Notification of the merger of two of our consolidated subsidiaries

Objective: To further promote effective use of management resources and to strengthen the earnings structure by integrating the system for business administration.
As a result of this merger, the sales operations for oil and fat products in South America, which were formerly performed by Fuji Óleos América do Sul, Ltda., will be performed by Harald Indústria e Comércio de Alimentos S.A.
