Mission of Research and Development
Ever since its founding in 1950, the Fuji Oil Group has constantly opened up new fields with a combination of originality and technical expertise, and helped to bring the joy and health of food to people around the world.
Despite being a latecomer to its industry, Fuji Oil refrained from imitating the others and constantly created innovative technology by approaches from new perspectives. Carrying on this DNA of "challenge, innovation, and resolution" dating from our founding, we are pursuing research and development aimed at carving out the future of the world’s food, adopting "work for people" as one of our corporate values.
