Seminars
Hosting seminars and workshops by outside experts
We are holding seminars in China and Southeast Asia, where dietary lifestyles are becoming increasingly westernized, to introduce the latest trends in confectionery and bakery. In Japan, renowned pastry chefs in Europe are invited to conduct workshops with latest techniques and know-how. Through such activities we help customers around the world develop new products.
Chocolate School
Freyabadi Indotama operates a chocolate school not only for business customers but also for the general public, in order to advocate the deliciousness of chocolate. It provides a wide range of courses and training covering everything from basic techniques to applications.
Harald contributes to woman entrepreneurship through its business, holding chocolate classes for making truffle, Easter eggs, cakes, pies, and so on.
It is not only a confectionery recipe, but also how to manage a small chocolate business.
Harald provides 150 classes per month, reaching more than 65,000 people every year, helping them to expand the possibility of chocolate.

FUJISUNNY PLAZA serves as the place for creating new products and new menus by utilizing the latest information, wisdom and technologies through close communications with customers. We have nine FUJISUNNY PLAZAs in Japan, China and other Asian countries, where we work with customers to create products that would match the tastes in each region, so as to create new values.
