Fuji Oil presented its products for the first time in Medicare Foods Expo held at Tokyo Big Sight which is dedicated to introducing foods for the elderly and nursing-care receivers.
We at Fuji Oil have been making proposals to improve the food culture of elderly people which are becoming ever more varied recently with our target ranging from active senior citizens to nursing-care receivers.
With the slogan of “Eating delicious foods that make best use of ingredients”, we promoted original menu items with tasting sessions, including ingredients such as the world’s first “soymilk cream” and “low fat soymilk” launched two years ago, and the entire 7 products for “Soft Ingredients Series for Nursing-Care” (Torotto-ganmo, S Tofu Burg, S Vegetable Balls, etc.), which is introduced as “universal-design food”.
