3. Description of change:

Our Group is engaged in a middle-term management plan which ends in financial year 2013, promoting “change in revenue structure” and “growth strategy in Asia”.
We have implemented a change in our personnel of directors (increasing the number of representative directors and changing the personnel) for expanding the business fields and accelerating the management speed.
We tackle the last year of our middle-term business plan with a refreshed management team that will lay out the next middle-term management plan with novel ideas and strategic mindset and lead our way toward further development.
