Fuji Oil Exhibited in 2012 Japan Cake Show Tokyo

Place: 3F, Hamamatsucho-kan, Tokyo Industrial Trade Center
Fuji Oil introduced the following products in this year’s Japan Cake Show Tokyo.
“Crema di Mascarpone” – a cheese flavored ingredient
“Noir 55” – basic chocolate with wide application
“Cianjur” – chocolate made of Indonesian cacao that is a bit sour in taste and rich in fragrance
“RICHEEL” – blended cream which brings out the deliciousness of the fresh cream
Vividly colorful tiramisus prepared by six popular pastry chefs were presented in the Crema di Mascarpone section. A tiramisu using Crema di Mascarpone, fresh cream chocolate made with a blend of Noir 55 and Cianjur, and whip cream made with a blend of RICHEEL and fresh cream were offered for tasting and received favorable reactions from the tasters.
