Fuji Oil Group ran a booth at FOODEX JAPAN 2005 (the 30th International Food and Beverage Exhibition) held at Makuhari Messe. The purpose of running the booth was as follows:
・In order to boost the recognition of the fact that Fuji Oil Group is the prime-player when it comes to soybean, and to arouse the desire to utilize our food ingredients and to sell our foods targeted for home use.
・In order to stage a SOYAFARM brand promotion.
We had exhibited such as an ingredient products exhibition corner and a home-use products tasting corner. We expanded the space from that of last year's and our brighter Fuji Oil Group booth caught the attention of many visitors. For tasting; 1. rich soy milk, soy bread made with our soy ingredient product, and a soy desert, 2. TORAKU quality adjusted soy milk and soy-milk yoghurt, 3. Fuji Fresh Foods' Light-taste Tofu Burger. Visitors enjoyed deepening their understanding of Fuji Oil Group's undertaking within the world of soybeans.
