For Soy

Soybeans are considered to be such a rich source of high-quality protein that in Japan they are known as the meat of the fields.
For over half a century, the Fuji Oil Group has been exploring the potential of soybeans.

We use de-fatted soybeans and whole soybeans as raw materials to develop products such as soy protein, water-soluble dietary fiber, low-fat soy milk and soy milk cream, and products that recreate the flavor and texture of cheese and butter.

There are concerns worldwide about deforestation caused by the cultivation of soybeans and soil contamination in plantation areas due to the use of agricultural chemicals.

In 2020, the Fuji Oil Group became a member of Round Table Responsibility Soy (RTRS).
And in June 2021, we created a responsible sourcing policy for soybeans and soy products.
We shall continue to work towards sustainable soybean sourcing.
