The Fuji Oil Group has four business units: vegetable oils and fats, industrial chocolate, emulsified and fermented ingredients, and soy-based ingredients.
We provide a diversity of ingredients, both products unique to each business unit and products resulting from cross-business collaborations, that enhance foods.

Based on our key ingredient palm oil, our vegetable oils and fats are used as hard butters for chocolate, in frying oils, in ice cream oils, and as oils for spreads.

In addition to pure chocolate, we also offer industrial chocolate made by mixing cacao and our Group’s edible oils to create a range of chocolate varieties, such as chocolate that does not melt at room temperature or varieties that have a crispy texture. We also supply cacao powder.

We use our processing expertise to control each physical property of our whipping creams, margarines, and cheese-flavor fillings, which we produce by emulsifying and fermenting oils and fats.

The Fuji Oil Group has been exploring the potential of soy protein for more than half a century.
Along with soy-based meat analogs, which are a hot trend in recent times, we offer a wide variety of other soy-based ingredients, including a soy-based butter and cheese with the flavor and texture of the dairy original, and soluble soybean polysaccharide that gives a refreshing taste to fermented dairy drinks.
