From 1982, Brazil’s Harald has continued to hold free workshops for cooking with chocolate and other events for local pastry chefs and general consumers.

The workshops are run by approximately 50 dedicated staff members from Harald, and more than 4,000 sessions are held a year across 80% of Brazil.

The participants learn about new techniques and products using Harald’s chocolates, toppings, and other products, and then go on to use what they have learned in their business and contribute to regional development.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic these workshops have been switched to an online format, and so far almost 2,700 workshops have been held. The sessions are highly praised, and the number of pastry chefs participating has increased.
