MIRACORE® fully recreates the aroma, flavor, and texture of animal-based products, and delivers delicious, satisfying food.
For example, dashi soup stock, bouillon, and tang soup can be recreated using plant-based ingredients, providing a core for delicious flavor in all categories of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine.
This collaborative technology, which is rooted in our more than 60 years of research into plant-based oils and fats and protein, was enabled by the unique way in which the Fuji Oil Group works.
