Research and Development of Soy Peptide as Brainfood was Awarded
10 items won the prize in the research and development section, and 8 items won them in the production and service section. In this selection, they were picked by six well-informed people including chief of The RIKEN Center for Life Science Technologies and Nikkei BP special editing committee.
The judges noted that our team applied various techniques, achieved research results concerning soy peptide’s contribution to and action on the cognitive faculties, and has been given high marks in learned societies as well. Many people stopped by our booth, and we could sense the high level of interest in brainfood.
