At our Group overseas plants, we procure, blend, and process a wide variety of foreign dairy raw materials and vegetable oils for importing and selling as confections and ingredients.
Soy protein materials

We provide soy protein ingredients, which offer diverse functionality including helping preserve the color and flavor of ham and sausage, and making meat easier to slice. Soy protein also is used as a protein ingredient that adds protein, a required nutritional element for the body. We also are developing large-grain, delicious, healthy soy protein ingredients that can be cooked like beef, pork, or chicken.
Soy protein foods

Providing industrial use foods such as ganmodoki and frozen tofu. Can be used in a variety of applications, including dining establishments and commercial facilities.
Functional agents

Water soluble soy polysaccharide is mainly used as a functional ingredient to prevent the milk component in lactic acid drinks from settling. Soybean peptide is recognized as helping reduce fatigue, burn body fat, and promote fermentation, and is used in sports beverages, health foods, and alcoholic beverages.
USS products

We develop products using Ultra Soy Separation (USS) - the world's first method that successfully separates soy milk into low-fat soy milk and soy cream while maintaining the original delicious taste of soybeans. This next-generation food ingredient offers a delicious taste and functionality not found in conventional soy milk while enabling the creation of traditionally egg and milk-based products such as mayonnaise, cheese, and yogurt.
