The Research and Development Center devoted to “Challenge and Innovation”
Ever since our founding, we in the Fuji Oil Group have carried on the spirit of resolute “challenge and innovation” as part of our DNA and taken “Work for people” as our watchword. We shifted to a holding company structure in 2015 and are now making the leap to the next stage. The Fuji Science & Innovation Center will be at the core of this leap and discharge the role of promoting challenge and innovation.
The Center was established as a venue for generating innovation by fusing the knowledge and technology inside and outside the Fuji Oil Group. Many ideas for innovation are born from dialogue with others. The Center will provide this fusion of knowledge through approaches to stimulate communication, including adoption of the free-address style of office, collaboration laboratory, and virtual plant tours.
The Center will serve as the headquarters of the Fuji Oil Group’s global network of research and technological development. By ascertaining market needs on a global scale, we are determined to contribute to the society by creating the future of delicious and healthy foods.
