Notice of Structural Reforms of Consolidated Subsidiary

Fuji Oil Holdings Inc. (Headquarters: Osaka, President and CEO: Mikio Sakai, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) announces that the Company decided to implement structural reforms to rebuild the business foundation and profitability of its consolidated subsidiary, Blommer Chocolate Company. The above was resolved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 22.
